Apple Seeds Apartments is a workforce housing community created by the New Braunfels Food Bank to provide more than just an affordable place to call home. It is designed to give local workers, families, and individuals a stable foundation from which they can build a stronger future.

Through affordable housing and supportive services, Apple Seeds aims to help residents build financial stability, pursue career opportunities, and develop the resources they need to achieve long-term independence. By bringing housing and support together in one community, Apple Seeds is creating an environment where residents can focus on their goals, strengthen their financial well-being, and take the next step toward a brighter future.

Apple Seeds Apartments is designed for local workforce members, working households, students completing workforce or vocational training, and residents who are committed to personal and financial growth. This may include teachers, healthcare workers, tradespeople, service industry employees, and other members of the local workforce.

The community will be gated and will include a fitness center. Each apartment will also be equipped with energy-efficient appliances, as well as a washer and dryer.

Applications are not yet available. Additional information about the application process and leasing timeline will be shared as details are finalized.
