NBU UTILITY ASSISTANCE

Due to increased demand, assistance for the NBU Utility Bill Assistance program has been adjusted to help serve as many eligible households as possible.  We are currently accepting first time applicants and are providing assistance for current bill only. We understand this may impact the level of assistance available.

Powering Stability For Our Community

At the New Braunfels Food Bank, we are proud to partner with NBU to support NBU customers during financial hardship.

NBU provides funding for utility assistance, while the New Braunfels Food Bank manages the application process, which includes application review, eligibility and the distribution of available aid. Together, we work to provide temporary help to NBU families facing financial hardship.
