WORK IN PROGRESS:

  • Structural steel/roof decking is complete
  • 2nd floor decking/wire mesh completed
  • Utility work still in progress
  • Concrete pour strip poured
  • Storm drain inspected

UPCOMING WORK:

  • 2nd floor concrete pour
  • Roof decking and TPO roof installation
  • HVAC curb installation
  • Wall layout for MEP trades
  • Plumbing and electrical rough in
  • Freezer floor to be poured
  • Finish installing stairs
  • Working on cistern foundation

Anticipated Completion: Summer 2017
